Youssef Bounaga | Co-Founder
Youssef brings 10 years of retail experience across the Middle East, with a strong track record in leasing, portfolio growth and retail strategy. He previously served as Vice President of Leasing and Properties at Gulf Marketing Group (GMG), overseeing more than 600 stores across health, sports and FMCG verticals, including Nike, Converse, JD Sports, Timberland, Vans, The North Face, Columbia, Geant and Monoprix. Youssef has also worked with leading UAE landlords including Emaar and Aldar, supporting iconic retail assets such as The Dubai Mall, Dubai Hills Mall, Yas Mall and The Grove.

With a relationship-first approach, James takes the time to understand each client’s objectives before delivering tailored commercial solutions. His career includes representing Fortune 500 companies and leading regional developers, with senior roles including Director of Leasing at Emaar, Senior Director at EITC and Head of Leasing for Misk City.
